We provide transcription solutions for blind and low-vision individuals, regardless of the beginning format

Your materials can be transcribed into Unified English Braille (UEB), UEB Technical, Nemeth Braille Code (specialized math and science code), International Phonetic Alphabet (IPA), and several non-English languages. (We do not have a music transcriber at this time.) See our FAQ page for a list of available non-English language transcriptions.

Our large print documents comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) requirements and American Printing House of the Blind (APH) guidelines. We can produce large print documents in any font size. Documents can be printed in full color or sized to a specific tablet or screen size. 

Regular PDFs are not compatible with most braille and screen readers; accessible PDFs are required. We can supply the accessible PDFs you need.

Do you need electronic files for a braille reader? We can provide those also, either with or without an embossed copy.

Make sure that your braille signs are accurate. We proofread the signs, then work with you to ensure accuracy. We also provide final certification for correct signs.

Acknowledge the contribution of blind or low vision individuals by presenting a certificate they can read. We can design the certificate for you or use your layout. For blind individuals, the final certificate has a print background with a braille overlay, suitable for framing (without a glass front).
